neptuneOS uses a persistent information area at near-eye level so that the most pertinent information is readily available and quickly digestible.
User flows were designed to track the logical flow that users would take given a certain action, such as managing or editing their inventory.
Research was conducted to better understand the current pains and wishes of consumers so that the best feature set could be determined.
