Brief
Expanding upon the beauty I discovered during the design process of the FF DIN typeface poster, I expanded the scope of information conveyed to a 9-page publication. It details the history of its designer, the type foundry, the German DIN standards, and features a brief type specimen highlighting the immaculate detail given to the restoration of DIN.
Design Process
While initially using an alternative version of the FF DIN poster as a base, I began to branch off in a different direction that subtly paid homage to its use as German road signage while retaining its mechanical and simple beauty.
